The Manfrotto 244 Micro Friction Arm Kit enables you to mount an off-camera flash or accessory to a tripod, stand, or bar. Both ends of the friction arm feature a 1/4"-20 threaded stud; one can be fitted to the included Nano Clamp, while the other side can be used for holding various types of gear or accessories. The micro friction arm can hold up to 2.97kg and can be easily installed using the included hex key.
