Coverage Details
The plan covers most accidental damage scenarios such as crashes, water exposure, and complete loss (flyaway). This gives drone operators peace of mind while flying in challenging environments.
Replacement Flexibility
You can access up to four replacement units within the plan’s duration, making it a cost-effective way to manage potential damage. Two of these can be full replacements for flyaway losses.

Activation and Eligibility
The protection plan can be applied to a new or unactivated aircraft, or one activated within the last 48 hours. Coverage is only valid in the country or region where both the drone and DJI Care Refresh were purchased.
Flyaway Protection
Flyaway coverage is essential for drone operators working in unpredictable environments or capturing shots in remote areas. With this plan, even lost drones can be replaced with minimal hassle.
Note on Delivery and Setup
A digital activation code will be emailed within two to three business days. Customer details are shared with DJI for registration, and DJI will follow up to confirm activation.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
